To register and use the ts777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Each person is permitted to hold one ts777 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, the same device, or across different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. ts777 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and identity document cross-referencing.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, ts777 reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, confiscate any bonus balances held in those accounts, and void any bets or casino wagers placed while the duplicate accounts were active. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting conducted to abuse promotional offers, ts777 may also close the primary account and forfeit all balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ts777 username and password at all times. You must notify ts777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ts777 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze your account while an unauthorised access investigation is ongoing.

ts777 accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person under any circumstances. Account balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the standard withdrawal process.

ts777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term within this Agreement, including eligibility requirements, account rules, or bonus terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or match-fixing involvement.
• Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at ts777 staff or other users.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ts777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending an investigation. Real-money balances that have been legitimately deposited (net of any fraudulently obtained amounts) will be returned to the original payment method once any investigation is complete, unless otherwise directed by a competent authority.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ts777 holds its international gaming operating licence.

By using the ts777 platform, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to your use of ts777 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions of local law in your country of residence require otherwise.

Nothing in this clause is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

ts777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ts777 will notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the ts777 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ts777 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the ts777 platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
